There are no restroom facilities available at the church. There are restrooms available at Aquia Landing Park.
This is a faster paced ride due to the relatively flat route. There is a section of "rollers" and one hill on the route that can be challenging, but fun. The average pace for this ride is 16 mph - 20 mph. The route is well marked and several of the legs are in neighborhoods or back roads and very safe.
Distances: 11, 17, 20 and 25. The 11 mile route is relatively flat and the 17, 20 and 25 mile routes will be more challenging.
