First Quarterly General Membership Meeting
3 April 2022 at 3pm
Description: Join us for our first General Membership Meeting of the 2022 riding season. It will be held outside on the historic grounds of Chatham Manor in Falmouth. The weather looks good with the predicted temperature a comfortable 63 degrees and a low chance of rain. We will meet at the picnic tables under the big trees on the right side of the building as you walk through the gardens from the parking lot. Bring a picnic basket, your significant other and your well-behaved dog for an amazing walk afterwards.
Time: 3:00pm. Meeting will last about an hour.
Location: Chatham Manor, 120 Chatham Lane, Fredericksburg, VA 22405
Rain location: Pratt Park, large pavilion near the tennis courts. This pavilion is too expensive to rent, but it will likely be empty in the event of rain anyway. More later on this option, if needed.

Voting Method: The method of voting for the proposed bylaws amendments will be by a show of hands. One may vote instead by proxy or absentee vote by writing or emailing their vote to John Summer, Scott Krueger, Mo Rea or Kelly Rapkins. The vote must identify the person casting the vote. Mailed or emailed ballots should be delivered three days prior to the vote while written ballots may be hand delivered up to the start of the meeting.
