Train with Mike Ride
Mike Phillips is training for one of the toughest endurance races in the USA, in June of this year. He is looking for people to join him to help pace and motivate. Part of his training consists of multiple days in a row of 130 to 150 miles each day, (affectionately called "Hell week"). This will be day #4 of Mike's training and he will be doing a 131 mile loop to end the week with a bang. Come out and help push Mike to finish strong! Pace is expected to be 17 to 18mph.
