Description:

Mike Phillips is training for one of the toughest endurance races in the USA, in June of this year. He is looking for people to join him to help pace and motivate. Part of his training consists of multiple days in a row of 130 to 150 miles each day, (affectionately called "Hell week"). In order to encourage people to come join him on these days he is breaking some of the days into 3 loops so that people can come ride one loop or three. These rides are not all out hard efforts. These are an endurance pace which means and even effort at a pace that can be held for hours(Zone 2 or low Zone 3). Mike anticipates the pace to be 17-19 mph with everyone staying together.
